Here’s a breakdown of the updated service hours:

 

AI-ECG Service (Effective Nov 1, 2025)

• Monday to Saturday: 24 hours
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM HKT (UTC+8)

Expert-ECG Service (Unchanged)

Our Expert-ECG service will continue to operate with its current schedule:

• Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM HKT (UTC+8)

 

This enhancement to our AI-ECG service ensures that you have continuous access to advanced ECG tests throughout the week. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and support for urgent animal medical consultation needs.
